Testing Field Specialist

As the Testing Field Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution, and supervision of well testing and surface production testing operations at client locations. Acting as the on-site technical lead, you'll ensure operational excellence, maintain the highest HSE standards, and provide technical expertise throughout exploration, appraisal, and production testing activities.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Well Testing, Surface Production Testing, Flowback, or similar oilfield services operations.
• Strong knowledge of well testing principles, pressure control systems, surface process equipment, and production operations.
• Experience working in onshore and/or offshore environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• IWCF or IADC Well Control certification.
• Previous UAE or GCC experience.
