Systems Proposal Engineer – Hybrid, Europe – Permanent

Salary:                                                           €60k - €75k euros / annum

The Company

A company focused on providing highly engineered technologies and services to customers in the global food and beverage, power and energy, and industrial markets. Currently operating at €250 mil per year, they are looking to grow to €350 mil in the next few years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial to discuss requirements with clients and build a proposal win strategy
• Engage and work with other functions to deliver a proposal with maximum client impact and stand out differentiation
• Co-ordination with Project Management on Schedules / Execution Plan
• Working with Supply Chain on Major Costing Elements
• Active participation with our install ,automation and commissioning department to gather required budgets
• Construct the proposal txt
• Present the proposal to both internal stakeholders and the clients

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Proposal Engineer / Bid Manager
• Previous Experience as a Process Engineer in the Food, Beverage, Dairy or Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience with Upstream FEED Proposals
• Good experience with creating and pitching Concept Designs and P+IDs
• Experience Leading Bid with clients
• French language skill is preferred
