Cloud-Native Developer (Go / Kubernetes)

We’re looking for a Go Developer passionate about Kubernetes internals and cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll build production-grade services, extend Kubernetes with CRDs/Operators, and contribute to automation and observability tooling.

• Contract length – 2 years
• Start date – November
• Fully Remote – EU Based

What You’ll Do

• Design and build backend services and infra tooling in Go
• Extend Kubernetes with CRDs and Operators
• Debug workloads, clusters, and distributed systems
• Develop CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, automation)
• Improve observability (metrics, logging, health checks, Prometheus)
• Automate deployments with Helm, Kustomize, Terraform
• Collaborate in Agile practices (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years professional experience with Go (Golang)
• Hands-on Kubernetes expertise (deployments, debugging, Helm/Kustomize)
• Strong background in microservices & distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• Good communication skills and experience in collaborative teams

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes operator development (client-go, API extensions)
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or Administrator (CKA)
• Container/cloud security knowledge (CSPM, RBAC, secrets mgmt)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
