We are looking for a well-organized engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team. The site engineer's responsibilities include the technical support on activities like the site preparation, demolition & installation works, piling, concrete works, steel works, underground, etc. As a site engineer, we expect you to be well informed on the construction sequences and be able to review and resolve all discipline technical queries with the office engineering support. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.

To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.

Candidate profile:

• You have an engineering background. Design skills are a bonus.
• You have site brownfield industrial experience in both steel and concrete.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dutch Building regulations “Bouwbesluit”, soil remediation, structural safety (e.g. CE) and fire proofing safety aspects.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and you are driven by quality.
• Health and safety is nr #1 for you and you take personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects, of course you demonstrate this by example.
• Pro-active attitude. Effective communication with project team members and all stakeholders.
• Good Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
