We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join an international construction contractor on a major data centre development in The Netherlands. This is a high-value, fast-track project that demands strong site leadership, technical coordination, and a commitment to quality and safety.

This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with a solid background in managing large-scale MEP or mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations across civil, structural, and MEP phases

• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and specialist suppliers to ensure safe and timely delivery

• Enforce high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and logistics

• Monitor project progress and coordinate with the project and commercial team to stay on programme and budget

• Maintain accurate site documentation including site diaries, permits, RAMS, and reports

• Support quality control, inspections, and snagging processes

• Liaise with clients, engineers, and consultants as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Site Supervisor role within construction

• Previous experience working on data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or MEP-heavy projects

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities

• Strong understanding of health & safety practices (ideally with relevant certifications)

• Fluent English essential; Dutch language skills are a distinct advantage

• EU citizenship or valid Dutch work permit is required
