Leap 29 are currently working with a leading Renewable Energy Developer who is seeking a PMO to support the delivery of the construction of a Solar Power Plant in Italy. The PMO will be required for a 12 month renewable project to be based at various construction sites around Italy.

The PMO will be required to report directly to the Senior PMO in ensuring smooth execution throughout preconstruction and construction phases with a strong focus on Technical Coordination, schedule control, compliance and stakeholder engagement.

The PMO should have:

5-7 years experience on site and engineering support

A bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field

Solid understanding of project management tools and scheduling

Experience in technical development of renewable projects

Support the technical development of renewable energy projects

Supervise and validate external engineering deliverables

Assist Project Management teams during project execution

Manage technical due diligence processes with external advisors

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting

Contribute to the standardisation of design tools and methodologies

Define high-level technical requirements and design strategies

Participate in research and innovation initiatives

Fluent Italian

The PMO should be willing to travel around Italy on the various projects to support the developer.
