Senior Business Development & Sales Manager – Solar EPC Contracts

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and government clients.
  • Develop winning strategies for tenders, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and project pipeline expansion.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to deliver tailored proposals.

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the Solar EPC / Renewable Energy sector.
  • Strong network with industrial, commercial, and government clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
