Senior Business Development & Sales Manager – Solar EPC Contracts

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and government clients.
- Develop winning strategies for tenders, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research to anticipate trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and project pipeline expansion.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to deliver tailored proposals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the Solar EPC / Renewable Energy sector.
- Strong network with industrial, commercial, and government clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
