Project Manager - Solar, BESS, EV and electrical infrastructure

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and utility-scale clean energy projects from contract to completion. You’ll coordinate design, permitting, construction, and closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Experience in solar or energy construction is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases—from contract to commissioning.
• Manage schedules, budgets, permits, interconnections, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and quality control processes.
• Track financial performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project or construction management experience (required).
• Solar or energy construction background (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to lead collaboratively, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering (preferred).

Projects may require weekday overnight travel outside Minnesota, coordinated with your manager and team.
