We’re partnering with a leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale, mission‑critical projects across Norway. With a secure pipeline of live work and ongoing investment in the region, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join in March and support the delivery of next‑generation data centre facilities.

This is a high‑visibility role in one of the fastest‑growing infrastructure sectors in the Nordics.

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivery from early planning through construction, commissioning, and handover. You’ll manage programme, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role sits at the heart of complex CSA and MEP scopes, where performance, safety, and uptime are critical.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering data centre, critical infrastructure, or complex construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid technical understanding of project delivery fundamentals
• Fluent Norwegian and English
