We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing, leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across Norway.

You’ll take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to commissioning — overseeing mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, control risk, drive programme milestones, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

You are:
• Experienced in delivering data centre or mission-critical projects 5-10 years
• Strong in programme, budget, and risk management
• Confident leading multidisciplinary teams across complex construction environments
• Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and contract administration
• A decisive leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
