We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Field Development Plan (FDP) for a tight oil reservoir.

The successful candidate will ensure delivery within defined scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor the execution of the Field Development Plan from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among technical, commercial, and operational groups.
• Manage client engagement and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with technical and strategic goals.
• Drive performance and ensure deliverables meet the standards required in unconventional oil development.

Required Expertise:

• Proven track record in project management within oil & gas, specifically tight oil or unconventional reservoirs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a collaborative approach to multi-team coordination.
• Familiarity with field development planning and integrated asset management.
