Project Co-ordinator

📍 Location: Daresbury, Cheshire (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
🕓 Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours
đź’° Salary: ÂŁ40,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Co-ordinator to join a growing technology business within its Client Delivery function.

You’ll act as the operational backbone that keeps projects running smoothly — ensuring documentation is accurate, communication is clear, and delivery risks are identified early.

You’ll also play a key part in one of the company’s largest multi-year client programmes, supporting Implementation and Project Managers across several complex workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise project management tools (plans, RAID logs, timesheets, reports).

  • Facilitate weekly syncs with Project and Implementation Managers to keep documentation current.

  • Hold delivery team members accountable for updates, reporting, and timesheet compliance.

  • Manage a centralised risk register across projects, ensuring prioritisation and visibility.

  • Act as the communication bridge between Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

  • Prioritise and communicate delivery-related requests based on impact and client significance.

  • Ensure smooth ticket hand-offs, timely updates, and progress tracking.

  • Maintain action lists across multiple workstreams and chase owners for updates.

  • Facilitate weekly client meetings and produce internal/external progress reports.

  • Support Implementation Managers by surfacing risks and ensuring accountability.

  • Participate in discussions on APIs, data models, ETL flows, and integrations to understand delivery impact.

  • Translate technical blockers into operational risks and communicate them clearly.

  • Ensure technical hand-offs are well-scoped, documented, and tracked.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Proven experience in project coordination or delivery operations within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organisational and documentation abilities.

  • Comfortable holding others accountable and driving operational discipline.

  • Technically fluent — able to follow conversations around APIs, data flows, and architecture.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with consent management, data governance, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Asana.

Who You Are

You’re structured, collaborative, and thrive on bringing order to complexity.
You ask smart questions, spot risks before they become issues, and keep teams aligned and accountable.
You enjoy fast-moving tech environments where clarity, ownership, and teamwork drive success.

Values That Drive the Team

Own it. Take the lead and deliver results.
Empower to win. Trust people and give them the freedom to succeed.
Think big. Be ambitious and embrace change.
Perform like pros. Excellence is the standard.
Make it count. Focus on impact and outcomes.
Win together. Collaboration fuels innovation.

What’s on Offer

  • ÂŁ40,000 base salary (DOE)

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • 1 day birthday leave

  • Extra annual leave after 5, 7 and 10 years

  • Private Medical Insurance (Vitality)

  • Access to dental, optical, and cashback healthcare schemes

  • Pension scheme (Aviva)

  • Employee discount portal (cinema, retail, vouchers)

  • Flexible benefit fund (family cover, extra pension, or vouchers)

  • Subsidised on-site canteen

  • Training & personal development leading to career progression
