Position Title: Automation Project Engineer

Location: Indonesia

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automation Project Engineer to lead and support the implementation of industrial automation projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing engineering solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end automation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define technical specifications.
• Design and review automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and network architectures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including functional specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical support during installation, startup, and troubleshooting phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation systems and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing automation projects in manufacturing or processing industries.
• Proficiency in programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and control system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and support.
