Your expertise will be critical in maximizing energy production and ensuring reliable solar performance.

Your Role:

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the design, installation, testing, and documentation processes meet regulatory and quality standards.
    • Analyze and verify all provided technical information.
    • Offer technical expertise and guidance to support operational activities.
    • Supervise and direct staff, contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of maintenance, ensuring adherence to local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Oversee daily facility operations, maintaining established procedures, work, and asset management systems.
    • Serve as the technical lead and point of contact for all operational sites.
    • While you will not have direct reports, stakeholder management is crucial, as you will liaise with landowners and manage staff, contractors, and subcontractors on-site regarding all maintenance aspects.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; a master’s degree is advantageous.
    • At least 2 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance.
    • Proven experience in contract management.
    • Familiarity with HV & MV substations, transformer centers, solar modules, and utility-scale inverters.
