I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a 12-month renewable contract in Rotterdam to join a dynamic Supply Chain team supporting large-scale domestic and international projects. If you thrive on making sure the right equipment gets to the right place, on time and on budget then this is a fantastic opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and coordinating transport of materials and equipment
  • Managing imports, exports, and shipping documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
  • Resolving delivery issues quickly and efficiently
  • Monitoring costs and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What I’m looking for:

  • Qualification in Logistics (or equivalent experience)
  • Around 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes
  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
  • Confident English communication skills
