My client is one of the largest project delivery and consulting services globally looking to recruit a new lead electrical engineer. This placement is a 12-month contract located at the design offices in Den Haag, Netherlands there is an option for this to become a permanent role after the 12-month period.

The Electrical Lead will possess extensive experience in working with clients in select and define phase to assist developing basis of design and scope of work. Furthermore, they can deliver FEED to Detail engineering from small-medium to large projects

The lead electrical engineer will be required to have the below experience in:

• Experience in tool suites such as Aveva, Hexagon and Bentley

• Familiar with Scrum and Agile concepts or will be able to adopt these concepts towards project delivery

• Experience in performing budgets controls
• Have managed commercial and technical risks.
• You will already be expert at leading global teams, adopting principles of servant leadership and T-shaped skills.  

Responsibilities for the role

• Preparation of man-hour estimations

• We expect you to quickly learn technical concepts around Hydrogen Electrolysis, Carbon Capture, Bio-based Feedstocks such as sugar and starch
• Responsible for the approval of all discipline deliverables 
• Able to speak both Dutch and English
