My client is one of the largest project delivery and consulting services globally looking to recruit a new lead electrical engineer. This placement is a 12-month contract located in Den Haag, Netherlands there is an option for this to become a permanent role after the 12-month period.

The overall purpose for this role is to define the discipline scope and project proposals, perform budget control/progress monitoring and deliver within agreed planning. Also needs to be willing to travel to site when needed.

The lead electrical engineer will be required to have the below experience in:

• Experience with the industry standard tool suites such as AVEVA, Hexagon and Bentley.
• You will already be expert at leading global teams, adopting principles of servant leadership and T-shaped skills.  
• You will already be familiar with Scrum and Agile concepts or will be able to adopt these concepts towards project delivery
• Handling multiple projects & customers, and liaising priorities with internal/external customers
  
  

Responsibilities

• Preparation of man-hour estimations

• Knowledge and expertise at leading global teams, adopting principles of servant leadership and T-shaped skills.
• Guide, plan and allocate technical work within E-team, in a multi-office environment
• We expect you to quickly learn technical concepts around Hydrogen Electrolysis, Carbon Capture, Bio-based Feedstocks such as sugar and starch
