Job Title: Lead CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead CSA Engineer to take responsibility for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope of major industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This position requires strong technical leadership, coordination across disciplines, and hands-on expertise in design, engineering, and project execution. As the Lead CSA Engineer, you will act as the primary point of contact for CSA activities, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all CSA engineering activities for assigned projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CSA engineers, designers, and BIM specialists.
Ensure compliance with relevant international standards, regional building codes, and project-specific requirements.
Develop, review, and approve structural and civil calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee contractor deliverables, ensuring technical integrity and constructability.
Support cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning for CSA scope.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
10+ years of experience in CSA engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a lead or senior engineer role.
Proven track record in industrial, energy, petrochemical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of international engineering codes and regional building regulations.
Proficiency with structural and civil engineering software (e.g., Staad.Pro, Tekla, Revit).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
