Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design & FF&E Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the interior design and FF&E procurement process for our projects in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi Building Code, LEED AP ID+C certification, and a strong background in creating Room Data Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for interior design and FF&E procurement activities
• Create and review Room Data Sheets to ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions
• Oversee the selection and procurement of FF&E items in line with project budgets and timelines
• Ensure all interior design and FF&E activities are in compliance with the Saudi Building Code and other relevant regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• LEED AP ID+C certification is required
• Proven experience in interior design and FF&E procurement, specifically in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and other local regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Day-to-day

• Lead meetings and discussions with project teams to present design concepts and review FF&E selections
• Review and approve Room Data Sheets for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure FF&E items within project timelines
• Keep up to date with changes in local regulations and codes related to interior design and FF&E procurement in Saudi Arabia
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development in interior design and FF&E
