Our client is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer with strong ICSS and PCS7 expertise to support a major energy project in Norway. The role will involve working across multiple project sites and leading commissioning activities through to system hand over.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning activities including loop checks, cause-and-effect testing, and dynamic commissioning.
• Validate control narratives, safety functions, and system logic.
• Lead and supervise teams of engineers and technicians during commissioning and start-up.
• Support FAT, SAT, and system integration testing with vendors.
• Deliver safe, efficient handover of systems to operations.

Requirements

• Strong background in ICSS and PCS7 systems.
• Proven commissioning and start-up experience across process and utility systems.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines.
• Flexibility to travel and work at multiple project sites within Norway.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TUV FS Eng, offshore training) desirable.
