We’re partnering with a leading developer/operator delivering mission‑critical data centre and power infrastructure projects across Norway. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued investment in the region, they are now seeking a High Voltage (HV) Specialist to join the team and support key electrical delivery activities.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and wants to make a real difference on large‑scale infrastructure programmes.

As HV Specialist, you will focus on high‑voltage power systems that feed and protect data centre facilities. You’ll work with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure HV systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for HV equipment packages including transformers, GIS (gas‑insulated switchgear), protection systems, and interfacing with the main power supply and utility partners.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with high‑voltage electrical systems (design, installation, commissioning)
• Strong technical understanding of HV equipment and power distribution
• Experience in data centre, utility, or industrial energy environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent Norwegian and English
