The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major data centre project in Borlänge, Sweden.

You will join a leading provider of end-to-end technical solutions, working across electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other critical building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and promote H&S standards across the project
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Review RAMS and safe systems of work
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions
• Provide H&S guidance to project and site teams
• Maintain H&S documentation and reporting
• Work closely with contractors to promote a strong safety culture

What We’re Looking For

• Significant Health & Safety experience on major construction or engineering projects
• Strong site-based experience
• Data centre experience preferred
• Experience within pharmaceutical, battery/gigafactory, energy, industrial or infrastructure projects will also be considered
• Confident working with project teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders
