A fast-growing tech company seeks an experienced Head of Service Delivery to lead its SaaS operations. This senior leadership role ensures platform reliability, customer satisfaction, and seamless cloud and database operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Service Delivery & Support: Lead L1–L3 SaaS support teams, manage incident/problem/change processes, and drive customer satisfaction.

*Cloud Operations: Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring uptime, resilience, and cost efficiency.

*Database Management: Direct MS SQL/PostgreSQL operations, performance tuning, and data integrity.

*Release & Deployment: Ensure operational readiness for product rollouts and post-release stability.

*Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing service delivery team, driving continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

*Proven experience leading service delivery in a cloud/SaaS environment.

*Strong technical knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) and MS SQL/PostgreSQL.

*Expertise in ITIL service management and customer-facing leadership.

*Familiarity with CI/CD, release automation, and monitoring systems.
