Head of Piping Department (Permanent) – Hybrid | Kraków

I’m currently partnering with a well-established international engineering organisation to appoint a Head of Piping Department on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a major engineering hub, offering strategic influence and responsibility for a large, high-performing technical team.

The Role

As Head of Piping, you will lead and develop the piping department and have responsibility for departmental strategy, technical excellence, resource planning, team development, collaboration with international offices and senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery across complex projects.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience within piping engineering, ideally in complex industrial, Oil & Gas, refinery, or similar environments
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial awareness and project delivery background
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
