Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our clients team in KSA.

The Estimating Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in all estimates, and managing a team of estimators.

# Responsibilities
- Manage a team of estimators, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the estimating process
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive bids and proposals
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the best approach for estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive analysis to inform estimating decisions
- Develop and maintain estimating processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure thorough estimates
- Provide KSA-specific expertise and market knowledge to support accurate and relevant estimates

# Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering accurate estimates for construction projects in KSA
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of KSA-specific regulations, norms, and market conditions
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) are a plus

# Day-to-day
- Leading and managing the estimating team, providing direction and support
- Reviewing project plans and documentation to assess estimating requirements
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary project information
- Analyzing cost data and market trends to inform estimating decisions
- Developing and refining estimating processes and procedures
- Liaising with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather quotes and cost information
- Preparing and reviewing estimates for accuracy and competitiveness
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall project success
