Electrical Project Leader – Utrecht, Netherlands

Leap29 are working with a leading international food processing and packaging company, our client is looking for an Electrical Project leader to join them and lead the electrical element of projects from order to customer take over. You will be supporting projects across North Europe, France and the Benelux.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and control of Electrical cost calculations for capital equipment projects
• Compliance with local legislation and company standards
• Control of Electrical suppliers’ scope of work and adherence to project requirements.
• Reporting of cost, time and quality KPI’s to the project manager
• Contribute to a continuous learning environment
• Build and maintain a good customer relation
• Drive technical discussions in the field of Electrical Engineering

Requirements:

• 5 years working experience from designing and leading Electrical projects in an industrial environment, ideally the food industry
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• An analytic mindset and results oriented
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A positive and inspiring approach, you enjoy motivating and coaching
• A very good command of English, both written and verbal is essential
