EHS Supervisor

Location: Singapore (Onsite, Project-Based)
Employment Type: Renewable Contract
Reporting to: Project Manager / Project Lead

About the Role

We are supporting projects within the FMCG industry, delivering technical fit-outs and construction works. As the EHS Supervisor, you will take a lead role in overseeing site safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising contractors to maintain a strong safety culture throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of EHS policies, site safety plans, permits-to-work, and safe work procedures.
• Conduct and supervise site inspections, audits, incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and coach contractors to reinforce safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM, WSH, SCDF, BCA) and maintain all required EHS documentation and reports.

Experience & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ EHS experience, with proven supervisory responsibilities in construction, fit-out, industrial or engineering projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations and safe work practices.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence contractors and ensure compliance across multiple work fronts.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to identify and mitigate risks early.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience within FMCG, laboratory, cleanroom, or technical facility projects.
• WSHO or other recognised Singapore EHS certifications.
