Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (architecture, structural, MEP, sustainability) throughout concept, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, design quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring project delivery meets agreed standards and client expectations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for design team members.
• Champion sustainable practices and modern design methodologies, including digital design tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in design management or project design leadership.
• Strong background in building design, high-rise developments, or complex engineering environments.
• Confident managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Good understanding of local Indonesian codes and international best-practice design standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with BIM or other relevant digital design platforms.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a benefit.
