Our client is preparing for a major large-scale capital project in Virginia, focused on bioconjugate processes and API manufacturing. To support this initiative, we are assembling a substantial team of DeltaV specialists to lead and deliver automation excellence.

Roles Available

• DeltaV Lead Engineers
• DeltaV Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.
• Provide technical expertise on biopharma process automation, particularly for bioconjugate and API facilities.
• Collaborate with process, engineering, and project teams to ensure automation solutions meet regulatory and GMP standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate DeltaV systems across project phases (design, FAT, SAT, commissioning).
• Mentor and guide project engineers/consultants within the automation team.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in DeltaV automation within biopharma, biotech, or API projects.
• Background in large-scale capital projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP environments and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
