Data Protection Officer

Your role:

In the position of Data Protection Officer, you supervise the application and compliance with data protection laws and regulations within the Group. You inform and advise employees, departments and the various companies about their obligations under the GDPR. Within the organization, you are the point of contact for the Dutch Data Protection Authority and data subjects.

To be successful in this position, you need to be analytical and result-oriented. You are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleague who can work independently. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to function at different levels and make complex matters understandable for everyone.

Who you are:

Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic;

You have:

Did a master's degree in law;

Demonstrable knowledge of data protection (CIPP, Master, Grotius);

A number of years of work experience in a similar position;

Above-average knowledge of privacy laws and regulations and knowledge of health law;

Affinity with information technology;

Experience in testing and monitoring compliance;

A strong analytical and problem-solving ability;

A good command of the Dutch and English language.
