Cleanroom Sales Director – Singapore – Clean Utilities and HVAC Specialist

The Location: Singapore based with travel throughout SEA

Travel Requirement: 30 – 40 % within the South East Asian Region

Nature of Engagement: Permanent Hire

The Offer: Excellent Salary + 15 – 20% bonus

The Company:

A specialist clean utilities and HVAC engineering contractor offering a suite of services to hygienic processing industries inc. Semi-Conductors, Life Sciences and Food and Beverage customers. Their solutions include architectural cleanroom finishes, MEP Systems and Exhaust treatment solutions. This is a highly ambitious company with a strategy of significant growth and investment in the next five years. They employ approx. 50 people in Singapore and Malaysia with a revenue of $60m USD / annually.

The Role:

· Responsible for Cleanroom Vertical full P&L in SEA.

· Be an active member of the SEA Leadership team. Providing business performance information in timely fashion and working with others to share resources and approaches as needed to maximize revenues and profitability.

· Provide cleanroom consultancy advice to other region across APAC to enable growth in cleanroom vertical.

· Lead and execute the conclusion of contracts through the company (deadlines, quality, conformity with Singapore norms and mandates)

· Integrated responsibility for the financial result through the concluded contracts of the company

· Negotiations of the requirements and preparation of contracts with contract parties and subsidiaries

· Representing the company at the contacts with the investor and other outside subsidiaries

· Other tasks delegated by the supervisory (Board of Directors) and entrusted work task.

Candidate Requirements:

· Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.

· Experience gained in the Southeast Asian region and willing to relocate to Singapore.

· Expertise in cleanroom design, clean utilities, and HVAC systems

· Strong track record of sales and business development.

· Experience in managing profit and loss accounts.

· Significant experience in hygienic processing industries: Semi-Conductors / Life Sciences etc

· Excellent communication ability

· Tenacious attitude and ability to win customers and open doors.
