Job Title: Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Project

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a major infrastructure project in Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, sustainability, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning: Develop detailed designs and project plans, including site layouts, structural elements, and construction plans for roads, bridges, tunnels, or other infrastructure.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budget, and safety standards.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations, while solving technical challenges on-site.
Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure that all projects are compliant with local regulations and environmental policies, incorporating sustainable practices.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, other engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth communication and project success.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues during construction.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including reports, technical drawings, and budget analyses.

Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional certification in civil engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Dutch regulations and European standards related to construction and civil engineering.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
