BIM Structures Team Leader – Amsterdam

A leading engineering firm is seeking a BIM Structures Team Leader for a 12-month contract with potential to become permanent. This role involves leading a team of structural BIM modellers, ensuring quality control, and driving digital innovation across complex new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM aspects of structural design from sketch to implementation.

• Set up structural BIM models and drawings to required standards.

• Manage and develop a team of BIM construction modellers.

• Ensure model quality and strengthen collaboration with engineers and designers.

• Support digital development and BIM process improvements.

Requirements:

• College/university degree (architecture or construction-related).

• 10+ years of experience as a structural BIM modeler.

• Proven experience leading BIM teams.

• Revit expertise and familiarity with Solibri and/or Navisworks.

• Experience with parametric design and automation.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, proactive, and team-oriented.
