BIM Manager

Leap29 is looking for an experienced BIM Manager with expertise in design and engineering consultancies. We support multidisciplinary companies whose work spans the full project lifecycle, leveraging BIM to drive coordination, quality and digital delivery.

The BIM Manager will lead BIM strategy, standards and project delivery across multiple projects, managing BIM Coordinators and working closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure model quality, compliance, and effective digital collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM strategy, standards and workflows

• Lead BIM delivery across multiple projects

• Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and project teams

• Oversee model quality, coordination and clash management

• Manage BIM execution plans (BEPs) and information exchange

• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and authority submission requirements

• Drive continuous improvement of BIM tools, processes and digital capability

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structural or Mechanical Engineering

• 6+ years’ experience in BIM-enabled projects

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM role

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and integrated project workflows

• Experience managing BIM Coordinators and leading multidisciplinary teams

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
