Leap29 is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinators, who hold expertise within a design and engineering consultancy. We support many multidisciplinary companies with business works across the full project lifecycle, using BIM to drive coordination, quality and compliance.

The BIM Coordinator will lead BIM coordination, model quality and digital collaboration across projects, working closely with design teams, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution

• Manage model exchange and collaboration with stakeholders

• Produce and maintain BIM models for project delivery and authority submissions

• Ensure models comply with company and project BIM standards

• Support project teams in improving digital delivery practices

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structural or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 4 years’ consultancy experience

• At least 2 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and Singapore IDD workflows

• Experience with authority BIM submissions

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and ACC
