We are looking for a BESS Engineering Projects Manager to lead large-scale battery energy storage projects for a top global energy company. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with deep engineering expertise in BESS and strong project management experience, responsible for delivering complex projects safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering design, integration, and commissioning of large-scale BESS projects.
• Oversee project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or other relevant degrees)
• Hands-on experience with BESS systems from an engineering perspective.
• Proven track record in project management of large-scale energy storage or renewable projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
