Tech Lead – Azure / Terraform

Are you a hands-on Tech Lead with deep expertise in Terraform and Azure? Do you thrive on both advising teams and driving best practices while still getting your hands dirty in code? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to take over an existing leadership role on a key client account. You will be responsible for reviewing and shaping cloud concepts, implementing changes, and guiding the engineering team to deliver a secure and scalable Azure environment.

Your focus will be on:

• Advising and supporting the current team
• Hands-on development of Cloud Foundation and Hardening
• Reviewing concepts and delivering implementations defined in Jira
• Driving Azure governance, policy, and best practice adoption

Key Skills & Experience

Strong Tech Lead experience with excellent communication skills (assertive and clear)
Deep hands-on expertise with Terraform (Terragrunt a plus)
Proven knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Governance/Policy/Best Practices
Experience with GitLab Pipelines and ArgoCD (GitOps)
Scripting with PowerShell
Familiarity with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) – nice to have
