We are looking for an experienced BIM / Architectural Modeler to join our client in Hengelo. This is a 12-month contract with a direct path to permanent employment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain Revit models (Architecture/Structure)

• Prepare 2D drawings & construction documentation

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers & project teams

• Ensure compliance with Bouwbesluit and Dutch standards

• Support BIM workflows and model revisions throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Dutch speaker (must)

• 3–5+ years of BIM/Architectural modeling experience in the Dutch building market

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills

• Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial building projects

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to quality
