Overview

We are seeking a talented Geotechnical Engineer to join our clients team in Saudi Arabia. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing data, and providing geotechnical recommendations for a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting site investigations to assess soil, rock, and groundwater conditions
• Analyzing data and preparing geotechnical reports and recommendations
• Providing input on foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork
• Collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure geotechnical considerations are integrated into project plans
• Monitoring construction activities to evaluate and address geotechnical concerns
• Participating in and leading geotechnical analysis and design efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• 3+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
• Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local geotechnical conditions and regulations in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Day-to-day

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will spend your days conducting site investigations, analyzing geotechnical data, and providing recommendations for construction projects. You will collaborate with project teams and clients to integrate geotechnical considerations into project plans, monitor construction activities, and participate in geotechnical analysis and design efforts. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local geotechnical conditions and regulations in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
