E&I Maintenance Supervisor – Geleen, Netherlands
Language Requirement: Dutch Speaking
Contract Duration: Initial 12 Month Contract working via Leap29, after the 12 months you will go into a potential permanent position

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal execution of maintenance activities by monitoring and evaluating performance in terms of safety, quality, scope, efficiency, and cost. You will ensure that maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and budgets. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance processes.
Your main tasks will include:
- Assessing the skills and deployability of maintenance staff.
- Creating simple scopes (technical work descriptions).
- Evaluating proposed maintenance tasks based on price and quality.
- Leading the coordination of complex breakdowns and maintenance tasks to ensure proper execution.
You recognise yourself in the following:
- You have completed an MBO Level 4 education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
- You have 3 to 5 years of plant-specific experience in OMA (Operational Maintenance), OMF (Operational Maintenance Framework), and/or OMM (Operational Maintenance Management).
- You are familiar with safety regulations and maintenance processes.
- You are analytical, results-oriented, communicative, and a team player.
- You take responsibility for the work you do and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
- Safety is a top priority for you.
- You can handle dynamic situations and are flexible in doing so.
