Service Team Leader / Manager – Cork, Ireland
Contract Duration: Full-Time 12-month contract, on-site
Language Requirement: English Speaking

We are seeking an experienced Service Team Leader / Manager with a strong background in Automation (Delta V) to oversee and lead a dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for managing a team of 50-60 resources, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement within operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50-60 professionals in the Automation sector.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of service-related projects and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and team performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and service expectations are met.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team allocation and project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise for Delta V automation systems.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, with a strong focus on Delta V systems.
- Proven experience managing teams of 50+ resources in a service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in automation systems.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Cork, Ireland.
- Must have a European passport and be willing to relocate to Ireland.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Contract & Employment Details:
