We are looking for an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement and logistics operations in Chile. In this role, you’ll shape and execute supply chain strategies, drive cost optimization, and manage key supplier relationships. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you’ll play a vital role in supporting major renewable energy projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead procurement and logistics strategies with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and financial optimization
  • Oversee international supplier negotiations and manage complex contracting
  • Support digital transformation through ERP implementation and advanced analytics
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate governance and continuous improvement of procurement models
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and top management to deliver business objectives

 

  • Lead procurement and logistics strategies with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and financial optimization
  • Lead negotiations with international suppliers to secure favorauble terms and manage complex contracts
  • Drive digital transformation by introducing and optimizing ERP systems and advanced analytics
  • Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and sustainability best practices
  • Act as a key advisor to project teams and senior leadership, aligning procurement efforts with broader business and project objectives

 

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven background in the energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors
  • Strong international negotiation skills and fluency in English (B2+ level minimum
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools
  • A commitment to sustainable and responsible supply chain practices
