Construction Manager (Electrical Background)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a strong electrical background to join a dynamic team for an exciting project in Delfzijl, Netherlands. Role Overview:
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phases of a key industrial project. Your primary focus will be managing all electrical aspects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. While expertise in low-voltage systems is essential, experience with high-voltage systems will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction activities, particularly those related to electrical systems.
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local Dutch regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Technical Expertise: Oversee installation and commissioning of low-voltage systems, with additional input on high-voltage systems as required.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in construction management, with a focus on electrical systems in industrial or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Expertise in low-voltage systems; high-voltage experience is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Dutch Regulations: Familiarity with local codes and standards for construction and electrical work in the Netherlands.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and resolve challenges in dynamic environments.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
