Project Planner

Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available as Planner for renewable energy projects, solar and wind, across Ireland, with the position to be based in Cork region. The position will involve interacting with government bodies such as An Bord Pleanála for planning permission.

Responsibilities:

• Planning / Scheduling
• Planning Applications
• Site Visits
• Planning Law
• EIA
• Programme Management via P6 and MS Project.
• Project management and development support.
• Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Support Business Development, through tendering and business networking.
• Liaise with the SHEQ Manager (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) on all project SHEQ matters.
• Schedule of workload, equipment and resources.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in specialism such as Project Planning / Town Planning / Scheduling, within the industry.
• Previous experience with Solar / Wind Energy planning process in Ireland
• Prepared to work flexibly when required and willing to travel
