Job Description

Tasks:

  • Manage large-scale industrial plant engineering projects within the field of electrical engineering.
  • Oversee and coordinate both basic and detailed engineering tasks.
  • Lead and coordinate project-related teams (approximately 5-8 employees) in electrical engineering.
  • Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and installation companies.
  • Assist with scheduling, workload planning, budget tracking, and cost calculations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Engineer equipment for substations, including switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
  • Design electric drive systems, including motors and converters, and support grid and load calculations.
  • Design and plan cable systems, lighting, communication systems, and earthing.
  • Create and evaluate technical requests.
  • Support specialist construction management during execution, assembly, and commissioning phases.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent certification (e.g., state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician, Master of Electrical Engineering).
  • Professional experience in industrial and plant planning.
  • Proactive and communicative, with experience in leading small teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledgeable in document management and occupational health and safety.
  • Familiar with explosion protection and plant safety.
  • Experienced with CAE systems and engineering databases.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
