We are recruiting for a Land Manager to lead land acquisition and management for renewable energy projects in Spain. If you’re passionate about green energy and experienced in land management, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Land Seekers and set guidelines for land search and acquisition.
• Manage land evaluation and ensure readiness for wind and solar projects.
• Negotiate with landowners and coordinate with city councils for land agreements.
• Conduct site visits to assess land viability.
• Provide updates and work with Legal and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Law, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in land acquisition for renewable energy projects in Spain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, QGIS, Google Earth; Intermediate English (B2).
• Strong network with land vendors and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (company vehicle provided).
