Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling activities for our projects in Austria and other regions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects while working in a diverse and dynamic environment.

### Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and scheduling activities for multiple projects in Austria and other countries
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools such as P6
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide guidance and expertise in project planning and scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery
- Identify and mitigate risk factors that may impact project schedules

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner, Planning Engineer, or similar role
- Proficiency with project scheduling software such as P6
- Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment

### Day-to-day
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor and track project progress to identify potential delays
- Provide regular updates and reports on project schedule performance
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on planning and scheduling aspects
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project planning processes
