Overview
As an Engineering Manager in the oil & gas industry in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition and sustainability efforts. You will lead a team of engineers and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

## Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the energy transition goals.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost-efficiency.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the oil & gas industry, with a strong understanding of energy transition initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with the legal and environmental considerations associated with engineering projects in Germany.

## Day-to-day
