Job Description
Role: Project Director
Location: Saudi Arabia
Duration: 1yr renewable contract for upto 3yrs
Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering with
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience especially in Entertainment related or Theme Parks / Shopping Malls worth SAR 1 Billion in a Contracting company preferably in Middle East.
• Accountable for the end-to-end leadership, management, and delivery of all aspects of this project. This includes project management, timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance and scope management of the project.
• Organize & manage all resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and effective completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost, whilst paying due regard to safety and meeting Quality requirements.
• Setting Quality objectives, reviewing periodically, improving, and resetting for project
• Responsible to ensure preparation of project schedules, implement through team, review periodically and take necessary steps to improve the same.
• Establish good communication system to ensure required information reaches to team members on time.
• Responsible to correspond with client / consultant and attend meetings, take necessary actions to implement the decisions.
• Responsible to build team and motivate to work towards project objectives
• Ensure proper cost control system
• Responsible for contracts management including scope, change, variation management
• To sort out issues escalated by site MR on site process, QA/QC on product quality
• Roll out major programs / process changes
• Give feedback on monthly reports from site MR and planning engineer
• Ensure preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan & approvals
• Liaison with Customer, Head Office, and local authorities.
• Coordinate with HO for Negotiation with S/C and suppliers for fixing rates.
• Responsible to ensure maintaining controlled copies of documents identified for project
• Improving Customer satisfaction including handling customer complaints
