About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Structural Engineer to join our Client in Den Bosch. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and possess extensive experience in industrial projects. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural systems within various industrial settings. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure project success from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all structural projects meet regulatory and safety standards.


Design and Analysis:

Develop and review structural designs and calculations.
Conduct structural analysis using appropriate software and methodologies.
Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.

Project Oversight:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Resolve any on-site engineering issues that may arise.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards.
Review and approve design changes and modifications/

Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
Proven experience within industrial projects is essential.

Skills:
Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory.
